Extra payments 2027
Mandatory Extras:
A.P.A. (Advance Provisioning Allowance):
An Advanced Provisioning Allowance (A.P.A.) of 30% of the charter fee is required in addition to the charter cost. This covers variable expenses, including but not limited to:
Food
Beverages (alcoholic drinks and special requests).
Private Marinas
Utilities and Services (Custom fees, shore power, waste disposal, internet outside Turkey, personal laundry).
Fuel (for cruising, generators, tenders, Jet ski 300€/day and fuel for motorised watersports).
Excess or Refunds: Unused A.P.A. will be refunded at the end of the charter; any overages will be settled onboard in cash.
Private Marinas (If Applicable)
Wire Transfer Fee: A 2,5% commission is deducted if the A.P.A. is paid via bank transfer.
EXTRAS that can be settled in Cash:
Activities and Equipment (shore excursions, transfers and water toys and any equipment if requested). This will be settled with one of our representatives in Türkiye.
Gratuity Not Included: Crew tips are at your discretion and not part of the A.P.A. This needs to be paid as cash to your captain.
Foreign water expenses and taxes.
