Mandatory Extras:
A.P.A. (Advance Provisioning Allowance):
To simplify your charter experience, an A.P.A. of 25% of the charter fee is required in addition to the charter cost. This covers variable expenses, including but not limited to:
All kinds of provisions related to food (based on your Preference List and special dietary requests)
Beverages (alcoholic drinks and special orders)
Private marinas
Activities and equipment (shore excursions, transfers, and special gear if requested)
Utilities and services (custom fees, shore power, waste disposal, internet outside Turkey, personal laundry)
Fuel (for cruising, generators, tenders, motorised watersports (250€ per day for jet ski + the fuel for all motorised watersports usage, deducted from A.P.A.)
Excess or Refunds: Unused A.P.A. will be refunded at the end of the charter; any overages will be settled onboard in cash.
Gratuity Not Included: Crew tips are at your discretion and not part of the A.P.A. (unless agreed otherwise).
Wire Transfer Fee: A 2.5% commission is deducted if the A.P.A. is paid via bank transfer.
